About the Event:
Calling all Egg Heads! Jabo’s Ace Hardware is excited to announce our second Grill Your Ace Off: Egg Fest & Charity Grilling Competition!
This competition is designed to raise funds for our local Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, Cook Children’s in Fort Worth. Up to 16 teams will prepare food for the community and our panel of judges using only the Big Green Egg! Come out and sample some delicious grilled food or compete to be our second Grill Your Ace Off Champion!
Unlike other grilling competition we DO NOT limit what our contestants make! You could see anything from brisket to cobbler to sea food! Nothing is off limits! Since the Big Green Egg is the most versatile cooker on the planet, we love to celebrate all that it can do. This event is perfect for Egg Heads and anyone else who is interested in seeing the Big Green Egg in action!

We have a few ticket options from you to choose from:
General Admission $5 to $10: Be a judge from 11am to 2pm on October 6th! With your minimum donation of $5 or more, you can LOAD UP a plate of deliciously grilled food from up to 16 teams, attend our educational classes and get 10% off the WHOLE STORE and vendor tents. Contestants aren’t restricted so you could see anything from bacon wrapped shrimp to peach cobbler! We only ask that everything be cooked on a Big Green Egg!
VIP Admission $25: Be a judge from 11am to 2pm on October 6th! With your minimum donation of $25 you will get a VIP ticket where you can LOAD UP a plate of deliciously grilled food from up to 16 teams all while wearing a LIMITED EDITION Grill Your Ace Off T-Shirt! Plus each VIP admission receives 2 beverage vouchers, 1 voting tickets for the people’s choice tasting, 10% off the WHOLE STORE and vendor tents that day as well as a special bounce back coupon!
All proceeds from ticket sales go to benefit Cook Children’s in Fort Worth.
