Jabo’s Ace Hardware Instagram Giveaway Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: This giveaway is open to all contractors who have purchased lights from Jabo’s Ace Hardware in 2023. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
- How to Enter: Contractors can enter the giveaway by tagging @jabosace in their Instagram posts featuring the lights purchased from Jabo’s Ace Hardware. Each photo tagged will count as one entry. There is no limit to the number of photos that can be posted and tagged.
- Prize: The prize for this giveaway is the DAVINCI 18000 Flashlight, valued at $229.99.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The announcement of the winner will take place on December 18th via Instagram.
- Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 48 hours of the winner selection. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner will be selected.
- Prize Claim: The winner must claim their prize within 7 days of notification by providing necessary details for shipment. Failure to do so will result in the selection of an alternate winner.
- Prize Delivery: The DAVINCI 18000 Flashlight will be shipped to the winner’s provided address within a reasonable time frame after prize claim.
- Publicity: By entering this giveaway, participants agree to allow Jabo’s Ace Hardware to use their names and submitted content for promotional purposes.
- Release of Instagram: This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Participants release Instagram from any responsibility regarding this giveaway.
