My Chicken got hurt and is bleeding. What should I do?

Clean the wound to the best of your ability. Next apply Neosporin to any open wound. You will want a Neosporin that is free of painkillers, this is very important! You can also use Blu-Kote to cover the would after. Hens tend to pick at other hens that have injuries and this will prevent further damage to your bird.
